Drawing from the rich heritage of our Catholic roots, Holy Innocents’ Primary School seeks to enrich the spiritual lives of our student population through a programme of activities and events. Our Catholic staff, together with parent volunteers, conducts weekly catechism lessons prior to the start of the school day. The holy Eucharist is celebrated by visiting priests each term. Our pupils’ faith in and understanding of God and the church is also deepened through growth sessions centred on major seasons of the Catholic Church calendar such as Lent and Easter. Field trips to churches and retreats for graduating classes also serve to deepen the interior lives of our pupils to better prepare them to live in the modern world.
